Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Global Sales Expansion to lead our sales team and drive company-wide growth initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, building and maintaining critical customer relationships, and collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, leveraging market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to inform decision-making.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional service, and driving loyalty and retention.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and driving innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar senior sales leadership role, demonstrating success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for sales planning and decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital risk intelligence and financial crime prevention industries, with experience working in this sector preferred.
