Job Title: New Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Accounts Manager to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch). As a key member of our international seller business, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching successful sellers on Amazon's third-party marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify high-potential Italian merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Recruit and launch strategic retailers to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces.
  • Define and improve strategies for recruiting new sellers.
  • Set up sellers for success, delivering new business growth.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a related professional background.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in account management, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in outbound sales.
  • Experience with e-commerce or retail.
