La nostra azienda, ADHR, è una società multinazionale del settore chimico che cerca un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di Customer Service in lingua inglese e francese.

La figura, dopo un adeguato periodo di affiancamento, si occuperà di:

  • Gestione dell'ordine di vendita: dalla ricezione all'evasione, e di acquisto (importazione e sdoganamento fino alla consegna a magazzini o cliente finale).
  • Gestione dei crediti documentari.
  • Collaborazione con l'Area Vendita nella risoluzione di problematiche pre/post-vendita, inserimento e gestione reclami cliente.
  • Conoscenza di SAP, Power point e Excel.

Il candidato ideale sarà in possesso di:

  • Laurea triennale in Lingue o Economia.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella mansione.
  • Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese e gradita la conoscenza del francese.
  • Familiarità con la documentazione doganale.

La posizione è basata a Milano zona Linate.
