Customer Service and Success Manager

Il nostro cliente, società italiana che offre servizi di consulenza e formazione in ambito IT e digitalizzazione, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un Gestore Servizi e Successo per supportare il team nel supporto degli utenti con la massima trasparenza e flessibilità.
Il Gestore Servizi e Successo avrà due funzioni principali:
- Guidare il team nel supporto degli utenti con la massima trasparenza e flessibilità;
- Anticipare eventuali criticità e/o proporre nuove soluzioni, favorendo un rapporto positivo con l'utente che si fidelizza e si aprirà a nuovi ordini.
La figura si occuperà di monitorare e gestire non solo la soddisfazione dei clienti, ma anche i KPI legati a fatturabilità e marginalità sviluppata.
Il Gestore Servizi e Successo lavorerà a stretto contatto con i Project Manager al fine di contribuire alla delivery dei progetti di evoluzione, deploy/start-up di nuovi clienti.
Competenze Richieste- Laurea a indirizzo informatico o pertinente;
- Anni di esperienza nell'assistenza clienti unita ad attività di up e cross-selling;
- Ottime doti di leadership, team building e training;
- Capacità di analisi, duplicazione e comunicazione;
- Ottime capacità di Time Management e Capacity Management;
- Problem Solving;
- Orientamento ai risultati.
- Familiarità di lavoro in ambito Agile;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Inserimento in una struttura consolidata, sempre in forte espansione;
- Contratto CCNL indeterminato Metalmeccanico (offerta economica allineata a seniority);
- Smart Working 3 giorni a settimana, seguito inserimento iniziale;
- Sede di lavoro provincia di Verona, raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.
