We are seeking a highly skilled Events & CRM Coordinator to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing regional event strategies, developing and implementing event plans, and analyzing their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional event strategies, from concept development to post-event reporting and follow-up.
- Manage events marketing operations, including budgeting and timing.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of events.
- Work closely with boutiques and retailers to develop adapted client strategies, journeys, and tools.
- Manage loyalty programs and client acquisition operations, including planning and implementing regional strategic CRM projects.
- Manage the salesforce database for the region in collaboration with the HQ CRM department.
- Bachelor's degree in a humanistic or economic field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP CRM) is a plus.
- Strong planning, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to generate business insights from analytics-related data.
