Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic marketing professional to oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make informed data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead Marketing Team: Supervise and manage a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Analyze Market Trends: Evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and establish measurable objectives for the marketing team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve established objectives.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in marketing roles with progression into leadership positions.
- Education: Studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and ability to make informed data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage teams, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Kosmos Holding offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
