Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive commercial growth and expansion of Amazon's logistics business in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key customers, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management, ideally in the B2C express parcel delivery industry. They will be able to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.

**Requirements**

We require:

  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with Enterprise-level companies.
  • Strong ownership and bias for action.
  • Ability to Dive Deep and deal with large sets of data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.

**Preferred Qualifications**

An MBA and/or experience in the B2C parcel delivery industry would be an asset. Additionally, expertise in MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools would be beneficial.

**Salary and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
