Amazon Business EU Senior Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven business development executive to join our team as a Senior Partnership Manager for Amazon Business in the EU region.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, expand partnerships, and shape the future of B2B commerce. As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases, and driving progress from the team in executing against these opportunities.
You will work closely with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs across different EU regions. Your primary goal will be to engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
In this role, you will set and manage partner revenue targets, work with Amazon Business sales organizations in the EU to achieve/exceed goals, and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities associated with assigned partner programs and solutions.
You will also understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings and joint partner solutions. Additionally, you will use CRM systems, data warehousing, and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- University degree from a reputable institution; technical, business, or marketing degrees preferred.
- Fluent command of English both written and verbally.
- 3+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
- Experience in commercial negotiations.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- MBA from a top-tier school.
- Fluency in a second language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong differentiator.
- B2B business development experience, especially partner-based lead generation and customer acquisition in a SaaS company.
Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
