Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about making a difference. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in leading HR activities in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international consultancy and drive the implementation of global and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team in Italy to develop and implement HR strategies, including performance management, talent identification, and labour law advice.
  • Ensure all HR processes and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the management team to build effective talent strategies, including retention, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Plan and arrange training according to local needs and in alignment with global and regional L&D strategy.
  • Cover all HR-related administration, including HRIS data accuracy, absence management, and day-to-day HR admin.
  • HR reporting and controlling: Analyze results of stay and exit interviews, employee engagement, and others upon request and propose measures for improvement or to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new starters, including technical equipment, organisation, and induction packs.
  • Administer all Employee Benefit plans, including Pension and Healthcare plans.
  • Ensure correct administration processes are in place and benefit plans are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Coordinate transfers and the work permit process for non-EU/UK citizens, and support them during the relocation process.
  • Prepare and coordinate the monthly payroll process with the external payroll provider.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or above degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in human resources, with a strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labour and employment law and HR best practices.
  • Confident, articulate, and comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various teams and empathize with employees' needs.
  • Experience in data analysis, strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular), and proficiency with HR software tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
