About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Flazio. As a key member of our Catania office, you will be responsible for managing enterprise clients in the SaaS industry and driving growth and adoption in new and tenured accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convey complex needs and translate between Business and Technical units
  • Manage enterprise clients in the SaaS industry
  • Drive growth and adoption in new and tenured accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with prototyping software such as Xd, others
  • 5+ years in a role with client-facing responsibilities, ideally a Senior Account Manager
  • Experience working with remote teams and clients
  • Experience successfully managing complex projects across teams and geography
  • Creativity and precision in the details
