Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lainate, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all Human Resources activities for our 90+ employee site.

This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation administration, compliance, and records management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with local and European leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure standardized processes and policies are implemented according to company strategy and local needs.
  • Drive organizational development based on input from Senior Management and Line Managers.
  • Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
  • Support and coach Line Managers and Leaders on strategic decisions and organizational effectiveness.
  • Address employment legislation issues and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage labor relations and interactions with Trade Union Organizations and Industrial Associations.
  • Oversee headcount management, labor costs, and workforce planning within defined budget parameters.
  • Execute recruitment processes.
  • Develop engagement and culture-related strategies.
  • Participate in special projects for the local business and broader organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with local EHS to promote safe practices throughout the site.
  • Comply with GDPR requirements in partnership with the Legal function.
  • Identify training needs, determine cost-effective solutions, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Manage internal communication effectively.
