Client Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Development Representative - Categorie Protette l. 68/99 (m/w/d) who is eager to play a vital role in the expansion and success of our Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities at BizAway
- Conduct outbound outreach through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn (if cold-calling is not your forte, this role may not be suitable for you).
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our value proposition and how we assist businesses in saving resources and alleviating challenges.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in Italy, ensuring they have needs that BizAway can address.
- Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Account Executive to establish targeted prospect lists.
- Deliver presentations of our solutions to diverse stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
- Proactively suggest strategies, actions, and campaigns to refine the sales process and drive growth.
Your Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
- A strong desire to tackle challenges and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proactive in proposing innovative solutions and unafraid of making mistakes.
- Highly organized; we believe that if an activity isn't recorded in our CRM, it doesn't exist. Attention to detail is crucial in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving challenges.
Additional Considerations
- Prior experience in Sales and/or within a SAAS startup is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
