As a vital part of our team, our Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors, embodying the vision of Michael Kors. Our associates are empowered to provide an exceptional customer experience through outstanding communication skills and teamwork, demonstrating a positive attitude towards challenges with speed, energy, and optimism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a member of a high-performing team, offering support to colleagues throughout the store.
  • Take ownership of personal performance and self-assessment as a brand ambassador.
  • Adhere to the company's image and grooming standards.
  • Work closely with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards.

Customer Service:

  • Set an example as a brand ambassador, ensuring outstanding customer experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain client communication using available clienteling tools and applications.
  • Proactively manage the client database to enhance sales.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example.
  • Foster effective communication with management to drive store performance.

Sales:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, holding oneself accountable for results.
  • Utilize product knowledge to become a selling expert, advising customers with enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Analyze business results and identify opportunities to boost sales.

Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards according to established guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • The ability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Proficiency in technology, with knowledge of how to leverage it to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
