**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Trevi Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing domestic and international procurement markets, managing procurement processes, and negotiating prices and purchasing terms and conditions with assigned suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage procurement processes, including analyzing market trends, identifying suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor price trends and make recommendations for cost reduction.
  • Contribute to the development of the supplier base, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  • Research and participate in cost reduction activities, such as design to cost and value engineering.
  • Manage purchase order management processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Support other business functions in resolving issues related to quality, projects, and deliveries.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in an engineering company.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing, manufacturing, and cost estimating techniques.
  • Experience in purchasing metal parts to drawing, including machined components, carpentry, and castings.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP systems, such as SAP, and dedicated tools, as well as MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Negotiation skills, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork aptitude.
  • Budgeting and reporting skills.
