About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative will be a key member of the Digital Department at Dainese, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers globally. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    • Apply consultative selling skills to develop and build ongoing customer relationships.
    • Act as a brand champion for Dainese products, advising customers on technical questions and product information.
    • Manage requests for customized products and handle requests internally with other departments.
    • Manage requests related to service and reparation.
  • Connection with After-Sale Service:
    • Align with the after-sales team on repair order forms and ensure timely completion.
    • Meet company quality standards for order completion.
    • Support training new employees on after-sale service offerings and procedures.
  • Operations Administration:
    • Support the team in identifying and resolving internal issues related to e-commerce logistics and accounting.
    • Support operational work in managing stock corrections in the ERP system.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a structured B2C customer service department.
  • Experience or willingness to learn about the motorbike industry.
  • Multi-lingual native speaker or fluent in English and German or French. Italian, Spanish, or other languages a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, correct use of grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and spelling.
  • Usage of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adyen, or other OMS tools a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, service center approach.
  • Collaborative, flexible, positive, eager to learn, and ability to prioritize.
