About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, and follow up on logistics issues to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Support the accounts payable and finance department with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our Sales Team, providing them with timely and accurate information.
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service team.
- Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Highly motivated, team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
