About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Customer Service team at Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l. as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and requests from Regional CS, Stores, and Customer Care teams.
  • Coordinate the progress of orders and work related to customer returns and repairs.
  • Support the IT team in developing and implementing After Sales projects.
  • Generate reports on customer returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and knowledge of AS400 and Stealth 3000 systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks.
