Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the global Functions in our Grid Integration Business Unit (BU).

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Head of HRBP Grid Integration and the different BU Function leaders to drive the transformation and growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner with managers and employees in the respective functions to understand current issues and provide HR solutions.
  2. Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and partnerships with location and Hub HRBP.
  3. Support the implementation of the operating model and optimize organization structures and principles in line with global rules and standards.
  4. Develop and implement learning and development activities to build and improve technical, functional, and leadership competence in collaboration with the HR Talent team.
  5. Identify and build talent bench strength together with the leaders in the organization.

Required qualifications include 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience, with a strong track record and passion in operationalizing transformation, organizational and talent development.
