Business Development Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Italian Sales Company, ensuring the achievement of planned targets for sales, profit, and margin growth in an inclusive and purpose-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full P&L and commercial responsibility for the Italian market, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage large innovative international company projects related to growing the business.
- Continuing embedding and driving the successful local implementation of the key customer.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive annual and long-term business plans for Italy overall and for each of the sub-P&L's of the business (OEM, Resellers, End Users, Services).
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and collaborate across functions and cultures.
