Residences Supervisor

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our aparthotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the strategic goals of the aparthotel to ensure successful operation.
  • Communicate regularly with apartment owners regarding terms of use and participate in internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Housekeeping department to manage and fulfill Residences Owners' requests.
  • Organize and coordinate the entire business within the aparthotel according to management instructions.
  • Coordinate renovation and adaptation works in the apartments.
  • Communicate the terms of use of the apartment with owners.
  • Regularly communicate with apartment owners regarding apartment maintenance and contracts.
  • Monitor the occupancy of apartments under lease agreements and make calculations for owner's rental invoices.
  • Monitor Pay-Master accounts for owner's extra charge, prepare Pro-forma invoices, and close bills with the FOM.
  • Organize cleaning and preparation of apartments for owner arrival.
  • Periodically control owner's apartments that are rented out.
  • Monitor and control the work of the building manager and external employees in the building.
  • Propose and agree on necessary actions and repairs of common areas of the building in agreement with the owners' committee.
  • Regularly monitor apartments, even when owners are away.
  • Provide regular cleaning services for apartments on request, minor repairs, maintenance work with the internal technical department, and external suppliers if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and German with strong Front Office background.
  • Completed hospitality vocational training.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding manners.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills are an advantage.
  • A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation.
