About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of each event, leading the planning and execution phases, including on-site supervision and financial oversight. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams and key suppliers, and presenting customized concepts and programs to clients.

  • Oversees the strategic direction of all activities related to the assigned project
  • Identifies client needs and expectations, working with the sales team to clarify precise requirements
  • Selects and negotiates with suitable vendors to provide all necessary components for the event
  • Ensures meticulous planning and design of the overall event, creating detailed proposals including cost estimates and presentations
  • Monitors and manages services confirmed prior to and during the event
  • Coordinates all aspects of event execution, liaising with suppliers and addressing client inquiries
  • Utilizes personal judgment and initiative to devise effective and constructive solutions to challenges
  • Conducts pre and post-event evaluations for analysis and enhancement of future service delivery
  • Implements standardized best practices and procedures across all markets for consistency
  • Researches new product ideas and destinations, staying updated with industry trends
  • Travels for business as required
  • Identifies new business opportunities and collaborates with the team on marketing and sales initiatives


To Succeed in this Role, You Should Have:

  • A degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or event management
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the MICE sector, DMC, or event agency
  • In-depth knowledge of primary suppliers, particularly focused on destinations in Italy and the Far East
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
  • Exceptional project and time management abilities
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • A proven track record in project management with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal management at all levels and maintain professional relationships
  • Expertise in functional areas, demonstrating a deep understanding of company and departmental policies
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills when necessary
  • Ability to influence effectively at multiple levels with outstanding communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
