Job Title: Global Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to develop and nurture strategic relationships with our global clients. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of account development strategies and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to generate demand for our solutions and services.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop key business relationships within assigned clients and engage through proactive and effective sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and position our solution offerings to improve the maturity of business relationships, create hardware and software growth, services revenue growth, and generate new lines of business.
  • Be accountable for the achievement of revenue and profit-based targets, build and maintain accurate reporting of the pipeline, forecast, and activity.
  • Conduct frequent progress reviews against client account plans and proactively put in place corrective measures for plans which are off track.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have considerable consultative and sales experience in technology, extensive experience working as a Global Account Manager with international clients, and a deep understanding of our solution offerings and Microsoft technologies.
