Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager Poultry to join our Sales team based in Italy. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring information and guidance about Phibro's portfolio. Your focus will be on creating sustainable business growth in the associated territory and customers.

Responsibilities

* Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory associated with your role.
* Provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products in the assigned territory.
* Offer technical support for customers, key influencers, and end-users, ensuring proper use of products.
* Collaborate with local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training, and sales support to drive the sale of products.
* Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to the Species Business Manager.
* Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
* Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviors.
* Inform customers about Phibro's pricing policy and other relevant business information.
* Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.

Education and Experience

* A Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional, or other relevant animal science degree is required.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network is required.
* Commercial acumen with technical orientation and ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities are essential.
