Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for securing suppliers' QCD performances in line with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Sourcing Activity of the Project
    • Ensure that the overall QCD target of the work package material under your responsibility is met
    • Participate in the project management committee
    • Encompass PSCL output in the overall picture of the project
  • Communicate Project Needs and Ensure They Are Properly Taken into Account
    • Organize launch meetings with TSS and Dom
    • Challenge new gaps compared to tender commitments
    • Facilitate cooperation between Engineering and Sourcing
  • Define and Implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in Full Respect of QCD Commitments
    • Establish and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy
    • Supervise contracts execution of selected suppliers until FAI milestone
  • Manage the Material Work Package
    • Review periodically the QCD material scope with stakeholders
    • Establish a robust 'at completion' vision
    • Engage the claim process for CONQ S2 incidents
Requirements
  • Master's degree in purchasing or equivalent
  • Interest in technical field
  • 5 years of experience in Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality
  • Fluent English and international background
  • Good interpersonal skills
