At Flen Health, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in Lombardy, Italy. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with wound care professionals in the region.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flen Health products to wound care professionals in public hospitals, acute care, and home care communities, nursing- and elderly homes in the Lombardy area. You will work closely with our Marketing and Medical departments to achieve sales goals and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

You will represent Flen Health as a brand ambassador at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs, building long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your region. Your primary focus will be on executing all sales activities from introducing new products to presenting and training customers, ensuring each stakeholder receives key sales messages.

About You

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual with initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment. You should hold a degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical, economics, or equivalent based on relevant experience. As a native Italian speaker, you must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

You should also have an in-depth knowledge of your territory, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures. Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, you should be able to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system, and Showpad. A valid Driving License is also required.

Requirements
  • Initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of your territory, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures
  • Data savvy and comfortable with numbers
  • Valid Driving License

An estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
