Asics Italia S.R.L. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Bologna, Italy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive business development and sales growth in the assigned area. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development and sales growth in the assigned area
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective commercial strategies
  • Monitor and report on customer performance and competitors' activities
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
Requirements:
  • Five years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Industry experience in sportswear and fashion preferred
  • Sales expertise, project management skills, and ability to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
