**The Role**

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Milan-based team as a Group M&E Executive of the Meeting & Events Group Sales Cluster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling groups for our German hotels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage customer inquiries and lead qualification
  • Create offers and negotiate contracts for groups and events with customers directly
  • Sell the first Radisson Collection in Germany, the only round hotel in Europe, or host events at one of our 12 managed hotels in the cluster

**Requirements**

  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Ability to conduct negotiations in both languages
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
