Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Amazon Logistics team in Milan. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with Enterprise companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver Results: Identify and close successful deals with key prospects.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
  4. Dive Deep: Analyze performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
  5. Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end-user experiences.

This role requires a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with Enterprise level companies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
