About the Role:
Aptean is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our CEP software team, selling market-leading solutions that enable companies to succeed in their sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, focusing on converting eligible customers to the Aptean Cloud and maintaining renewal rates.
- Drive strategic cross-sell opportunities and establish good client relationships, prioritizing retention and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Manage relationships with influencers and decision-makers, promoting loyalty and high customer retention.
- Identify and close deals for SaaS conversions, additional Aptean products, and upsell modules.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer business goals and current projects, optimizing portfolios and creating strategic account plans.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of the customer sales cycle and experience working with software products and services.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale, and experience working with contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations at senior levels.
- Motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
