About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team at Uplight. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business and technical solutions to our clients in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and expand client relationships.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior-level executives.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and communicate client pain points and requirements to internal teams for inclusion in product roadmaps.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop account and program strategies that drive incremental business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing efforts and resources to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, strategic account management, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients in the energy industry, particularly in the EU DSO/TSO markets.
  • Strong understanding of solar, wind, and storage project finance, contracts, utility interconnection, and construction/EPC issues.
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, such as Italian or Spanish.
