About Satispay
At Satispay, we're pioneering a movement toward simplicity and accessibility in payments. As a Business Developer Representative Corporate, Welfare, you'll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to introduce Satispay Welfare Products into Large Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales-qualified leads through high-energy outbound activities, including calls, emails, and other tools.
• Develop new business opportunities by contacting and engaging with Corporate Employers' main stakeholders to generate appointments in line with the Business Line strategy.
• Build a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise leads, working towards exceeding lead generation and sales pipeline targets to support the Senior Business Developers team.

Requirements
• Proven experience in outbound sales, with 1-2 years of successful track records in contacting and engaging Enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial attitude, negotiation, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a clear ability to engage executives and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and outbound tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Atoka.
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
