We are headquartered in a vibrant city, featuring a fantastic office in the heart of the city, alongside locations in other major cities.

Currently, we are in search of a Digital Project Coordinator and Scrum Master to spearhead our initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of each phase of the product development lifecycle:

  • User Experience Research & Design
  • Software Development (CMS or custom solutions)
  • Web Analytics
  • Conversion Rate Optimization

While in-depth expertise in any specific area is not required (as we have specialists for that), a sufficient understanding to guide team members in these domains is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and rely on both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

By collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, you will transform insights into exceptional products within a creative setting that demands proven leadership capabilities and the ability to execute a visionary approach.

As a Project Coordinator at Rocket Digital, your contributions will include:

  • Assessing client requirements and drafting project scopes.
  • Identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Evaluating how products meet market demands and consumer preferences.
  • Staying informed about current industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Leading teams to develop new products.
  • Keeping clients updated on product development progress.
  • Adjusting and refining existing designs to align with evolving customer preferences.
  • Collaborating closely with product engineers to propose improvements for products and processes.
  • Conducting tests on new products.


QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Fluency in Italian.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce web development projects.
  • An intuitive understanding of customer needs beyond the surface.
  • Basic knowledge of UX, software development, and digital analytics.
  • The ability to lead projects with cross-functional team members.
  • The capability to gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Support for product engineers as needed.
  • Recommendations for new tools and technologies by keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • A degree or master's related to Product/Project Management.
  • Strong proficiency in wireframing tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
