We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a Global Account Technology Strategist (ATS) within one of the largest Global Financial Services Organizations in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, a comprehensive understanding of the Financial Services Industry, and the commercial expertise necessary to empower our clients to innovate through the adoption of Microsoft technologies. The ATS will be adept at recognizing the catalysts for business and technological transformation, leveraging their extensive knowledge to collaborate with internal teams, and driving co-innovation and strategic digital evolution. Familiarity with Microsoft's product offerings, solutions, and strategic direction will be essential for generating insights, providing thought leadership, and addressing client requirements by translating them into effective Microsoft solutions through our vast Partner ecosystem. This role offers a distinctive chance to engage closely with client CTOs and influence their technological direction.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, accompanied by several years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Experience within the Financial Services Industry.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in technical consulting or related areas.
- Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives or leveraging technology to enhance customer business outcomes.

Customer and Industry Insights
- Integrates diverse business and Financial Services insights from their team, global best practices, and deep industry expertise to forecast and develop recommendations for account management and subsidiary planning. Ensures that all organizational levels contribute varied perspectives to help clients adapt strategies and solutions.
- Utilizes deep industry knowledge to identify the appropriate Financial Industry Sales Kits and partners, articulating market trends and customer challenges to provide innovative solutions.
Trusted Advisor
- Offers strategic account leadership, sharing best practices internally and coaching subsidiary resources while collaborating with account executives to set strategies and ensure accountability for outcomes.
- Engages with customer executives to promote security as a business enabler, utilizing Microsoft Security narratives to enhance the customer's security posture.
- Acts as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to drive action and facilitate solutions.
Technology Strategy Formulation
- Leads comprehensive analysis of customer situations for complex accounts, advising on gaps that Microsoft solutions can address and plotting long-term strategic visions.
- Develops trusted, long-term technological and business roadmaps based on a thorough understanding of customer priorities and industry landscapes.
Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration
- Creates and drives opportunities based on industry best practices, leading technical teams to generate demand and manage consumption pipelines.
- Facilitates customer journeys into AI, tailoring approaches to current business needs and positioning Microsoft as a leader in innovation.
