Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Italy Sotheby's International Realty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new properties using our marketing tools and establish a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.
  • Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector and provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved and analyze the real estate market to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of integrated marketing initiatives that provide targeted visibility to a high-end clientele.

Requirements

  • Strong collaborative skills and fluency in English.
  • Real Estate License and knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Exceptional listening skills, rigorous work methodology, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent presentation skills and discretion.
