Responsabilità del ruolo
  • Sviluppare clienti nuovi ed esistenti e stringere partnership, generare opportunità commerciali e garantire solide relazioni tra clienti potenziali e attuali e BauWatch.
  • Analizzare e rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti e informarli dei nuovi sviluppi e soluzioni.
  • Sostenere lo sviluppo e il posizionamento nei mercati di riferimento, assicurando crescita e presidio dei clienti e organizzando meeting ricorrenti.
  • Definire strategie e obiettivi di vendita per migliorare i risultati effettivi e la soddisfazione dei clienti, monitorare l'evoluzione della concorrenza e identificare punti di forza e debolezza.
  • Garantire il follow-up dei contatti di Inside Sales, contribuire allo svolgimento delle attività di marketing, come presentazioni aziendali, attività legate allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti e partecipazione a eventi e fiere di settore.
  • Gestire l'intera attività commerciale (strategia, prospecting, offerte e negoziazione) nel rispetto delle politiche commerciali aziendali.
  • Relazionarsi con le Operations per l'implementazione dei progetti garantendo precisione nelle informazioni tecniche raccolte e fornite.
  • Consigliare la Direzione e i diversi Dipartimenti su continui miglioramenti della strategia commerciale e collaborare strettamente con il Gruppo nei diversi Paesi Europei per lo sviluppo di best practice e business case.
Requisiti del candidato
  • Eccellenti abilità di presentazione e comunicazione scritte e verbali, capacità di ascolto, interazione e negoziazione, orientamento al cliente e ottimismo.
  • Forte motivazione all'attività commerciale e determinazione nel raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Orientamento alla qualità: impegno a raggiungere e mantenere la qualità prevista, a dare priorità al servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Proattività, autonomia e flessibilità ad ambiente, metodi e orari di lavoro, attività e responsabilità in evoluzione.
  • Familiarità con il processo di vendita end-to-end e con l'utilizzo di sistemi CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce).
  • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo, idealmente in un ambiente in forte crescita in ambito servizi B2B, esperienza o interesse per settori edile, real estate, ingegneria civile o energie rinnovabili.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte.
  • Conoscenza dei programmi MS Office.
  • Madrelingua italiana, competenze avanzate di inglese per la comunicazione interna.
