Job Description:
  • Sales Activity Execution:

The Senior Sales Executive for Power Solutions will work closely with regional sales managers, customers, and internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies and deliver targeted results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Offer Formulation: Collaborate with customers to craft compelling sales offers that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Solution Design and Support: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions leveraging Delta's cutting-edge products, including rectifiers, power systems, UPS, inverters, converters, batteries, and other advanced energy solutions.
  • Quotation and Business Development: Provide quotations and technical support to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an international team, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license (Level B) for domestic business travel.
