Sales Consultant Opportunity at EF Education First

Are you passionate about facilitating global education? As a Sales Consultant at EF Education First, you will serve as the primary liaison for prospective students, guiding them through their journey from initial interest to course enrollment. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities, including phone consultations, face-to-face meetings, and online assistance, all aimed at delivering outstanding service to our clientele. You will also represent EF at various educational events, fairs, and information sessions, while organizing and conducting events for students and their families. Your goal is to inspire, motivate, and mentor potential candidates for our international language programs, ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both potential and current clients within your assigned region.
  • Engage in various sales activities, utilizing phone, in-person, and online methods to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Employ your excellent communication abilities to create persuasive sales presentations.

What You Bring:

  • A strong enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales as a 'Procacciatore d'affari con Partita Iva'.
  • A relentless drive for sales success.
  • Proficiency in public relations and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.

A Typical Day as a Sales Consultant

  • Promote and sell our educational programs, connecting with clients via phone or in-person.
  • Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities in public venues, schools, and universities.
  • Develop strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Participate in events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Effectively manage your client database to drive sales growth.

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based with variable components.
