As a Named Account Executive at Salesforce, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. Our Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with customer business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources, such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners
  • Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers to drive growth and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with a strong technology sales background (5-10 years) selling to cross-industry segments
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market
  • Successful history of net new business sales, with consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Proficient in Italian and English, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
