As a key member of our team at Hh Global, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal contacts to deliver services professionally, to specifications, and on time in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.
- Take briefs from the client and ensure requirements such as specifications and critical dates are captured.
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients.
- Brief suppliers on client requirements.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time, and in line with SLAs.
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools.
- Implement new methods and procedures as required.
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
- Manage and fulfill client expectations.
- Manage day-to-day operational requirements.
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, always showing a 'can do' attitude.
- Placement experience working in an operational role in marketing, retail, print production, or similar.
- Previous experience working in retail is an advantage.
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Solution-oriented.
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
- Is professional, courteous, and calm under pressure.
- Keen eye for detail, achieving the best possible standards.
