Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Cluster to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Rome from both global and local accounts. You will work closely with our Cluster Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our hotel's revenue goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate room nights into The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Rome from both global and local accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet hotel revenue goals and KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate travel industry
  • Generate new business through market research and liaison with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive, and grow revenues from managed accounts
Requirements
  • Proven experience in proactive sales and key account management in the hotel industry
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Agency 360, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High energy and ability to represent The Hoxton brand at industry networking events and sales calls & trips
