Sales Development Representative

Are you a sales enthusiast looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Junior Sales professional to join our team at Leonardo Hotels Italy.
About the RoleAs a Junior Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotel portfolio. You will work closely with our revenue and convention sales teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with revenue and convention sales teams to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners
- Represent the hotel chain at various events and exhibitions
- Produce accurate and timely sales reports
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent education
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
