Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Accounting Assistant to provide support to our adjusting teams across EMEA. This role is based in our Rome office and will involve a range of administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly excel files and data entry into company systems.
- Active invoicing assistance and data entry into accounting software.
- Respond to a high volume of daily emails and client inquiries, and flag and follow up on resolutions.
- General administration services and support to the team.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administration/accounting experience, preferably within a similar position.
- General accounting understanding and knowledge of accounting software.
- Ability to communicate in Italian (native level) and English (business level).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
- Accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
