Main Responsibilities
The Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment.
Key Functions
- Provide administrative support to the team, including typing, formatting, and drafting routine correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including office files and reference systems.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Support the organization and administration of meetings, workshops, and events, including arranging for meeting rooms and other facilities.
- Assist with arranging for travels, including organizing transport, logistics, and accommodation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A secondary school education and two years of relevant experience in office support work are required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, Internet, and office technology equipment is also essential.
