About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on translating our growth plans into actionable strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored customer value propositions. You will work closely with our sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Drive sales growth from our agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and business development initiatives.
  • Develop Customer Engagement Strategies: Create unique selling propositions and take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
  • Quarterly Vendor Business Planning: Own and execute quarterly vendor business planning and enable sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Customer Value Propositions: Develop tailored customer value propositions and enable sales teams to execute them.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Experience: In the IT industry with channel and/or vendor experience at a business development level.
  • Data Center and Software Enterprise Knowledge: Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Influence: Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
  • High Energy and Motivation: High energy and motivation.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling, strategic planning, and business case development.
