Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and technology professional to join our team as an Inside Sales representative. As a key member of our B2B team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the vacation rental industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the vacation rental industry
- Advanced Excel and CRM skills (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Engaging negotiator with analytical mind and attention to detail
- Pro-active team player with high organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English
