About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our team in Bergamo and drive exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and lead a team to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support the management team in training and developing the store team.
  • Ensure sales and unit goals are met and all relevant KPIs are set for the team.
  • Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
  • Ensure loss prevention is a key priority and take quick action on early indications of any loss.

Requirements:

  • Relevant proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer.
  • Technology proficient and knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
  • Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office.
