About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at AlfaDocs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling product demos with potential customers and selling subscriptions to our software platform.

Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. You will also participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns and provide constructive feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.

In addition, you will receive a compensation package consisting of a fixed salary and a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule product demos with potential customers
  • Conduct product demos with the goal of selling a subscription
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Affinity for technological/innovative solutions
  • Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Empathy, listening skills, problem-solving aptitude, and stress management
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian, fluent in English
  • Own a car with a valid driver's license (Class B) - KM reimbursement provided according to ACI rates
