Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the region
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Baudouin's products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the industrial engine or generator sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, backed by a solid understanding of market dynamics
  • Team player and collaborative approach
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 40-50%)
