Lead the Kitchen Team

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Florence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, and driving innovation in menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director to develop innovative and seasonal menus that meet customer expectations.
  • Manage and train a team of chefs to ensure a high level of passion, community, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with food suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant management experience in various kitchens, preferably internationally.
  • Excellent knowledge and passion for local cuisine.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
