Job Overview

Service Readiness Engineer
acting as the global liaison for the Worldwide service team within the Enterprise Informatics (EI) division.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute expert testing and validation protocols essential for supporting commercialization initiatives. Coordinate and validate global service strategies and activities with the international service community throughout the post-commercial release lifecycle of each product. Collaborate closely with the Service Readiness Lead to routinely assess new programs and software versions for service delivery needs, resource allocation, and training necessities. Assist the Service Readiness Lead in updating and maintaining the Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP). Define training requirements for assigned products or programs. Collect and enhance product serviceability insights as input for future program specifications. Develop and review commercialization outputs, including service documentation, customer manuals, and training materials. Validate software releases through the Field Change Order (FCO) process. Oversee the First of Kind (FOK) installation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders. Implement enhancement opportunities based on service feedback related to customer experience, product performance, and operational efficiency. Assume a Subject Matter Expert role (with relevant certification) for third-party software and solutions. Ensure service readiness for new platform service deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

University Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent in IT, technical disciplines, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in Service/Technical engineering, preferably in radiology informatics. Strong collaborative skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent team player mentality. Adaptability and a positive outlook towards change. Proficiency in English along with Italian as a local language.
